Register your UnionPay Diamond/Commercial card by input the following information
and upload the supporting documents to create your profile.

- Please select a country code
- Please enter mobile number to receive the SMS in the Check Status section
- Please confirm your information
Register your email address to receive the approval status notification and entitlement
notification.

- Please enter 16 digits for Card Number
- Please confirm your information
Register your another UnionPay Diamond/Commercial card.
- Please enter 16 digits for Card Number
- Please confirm your information
Upload the receipt or bank statement for your registered UnionPay Diamond/Commercial
card. You can upload up to 6 receipts and 1 statement for each month.
- Please select an image to upload
- Please enter statement date / transaction date and transaction time
- Please select currency
- Please enter amount
When your registered UnionPay Diamond/Commercial card achieve the entitlement threshold,
you will receive an entitlement email and your card will be marked with
Target achieved.
You can check the supporting document approval status by Check Status.
- Receive the 6-digit verification code by Email/SMS
- Please enter the verification code
- You can delete the uploaded document when it is pending for approval
